• Higher Secondary
• Bachelor/Honors

• Fluent in spoken English and Bangla.

• Smart, well-groomed and customer-focused personality.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous showroom or retail sales experience will be an added advantage.

• Must be willing to follow the company's dress code during working hours.

• Positive attitude with strong sales and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide professional assistance.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable eyewear and optical products.

• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

• Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.

• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising.

• Coordinate with the billing, inventory, and operations teams.

• Build long-term relationships with customers.

• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and dress code.
