Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage strategic client meetings and high-level discussions to deeply understand business challenges and align ERP & technology solutions accordingly.
Build, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders to drive customer loyalty and repeat business
Strategically partner with the marketing team to design and execute initiatives that generate leads and maximize revenue opportunities
Take ownership of achieving and surpassing assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs through proactive planning and execution
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques
Ensure timely and effective follow-up of all inbound leads to maximize conversion opportunities
Monitor, update, and manage sales pipelines and forecasts using the internal CRM system to maintain accuracy and visibility.
Regular follow up of contacts, leads and opportunities
