• Conduct regular client meetings & calls to understand client needs and assess how our ERP & Technology solutions can meet those needs.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and opportunities.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.

• Fast follow up of incoming leads.

•   Regularly update and maintain pipelines and forecasts through Internal CRM.

• Regular follow up of contacts, leads and opportunities.
