Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct regular client meetings & calls to understand client needs and assess how our ERP & Technology solutions can meet those needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
Fast follow up of incoming leads.
Regularly update and maintain pipelines and forecasts through Internal CRM.
Regular follow up of contacts, leads and opportunities.
