-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

-1–2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in IT-enabled services.

-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and strong interpersonal skills.

-Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

-Ability to create and compile sales documentation, proposals.

-Highly motivated with a results-driven attitude.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct regular client meetings & calls to understand client needs and assess how our ERP & Technology solutions can meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques
  • Fast follow up of incoming leads
  • Regularly update and maintain pipelines and forecasts through Internal CRM
  • Regular follow up of contacts, leads and opportunities
