Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in B2B/Institutional Sales, preferably in Flour, FMCG, Food Ingredients, Bakery, or Food Processing industries.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM systems will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.

Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Executive/Sr. Executive (Institutional Sales)”.
The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned institutional customer portfolio.
Identify and develop new institutional customers, including bakeries, biscuit manufacturers, hotels, restaurants, catering companies, food processors, and other food industries.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business growth.
Conduct regular customer visits to identify business opportunities and address customer requirements.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices within company guidelines, and follow up to secure Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely product delivery and smooth order execution.
Monitor customer stock levels and proactively plan sales to prevent stock shortages.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain assigned credit limits and DSO targets.
Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for prompt solutions.
Prepare daily visit reports, weekly sales updates, monthly sales forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide regular feedback to management.
Ensure accurate documentation of sales orders, contracts, customer information, and collection records.
Support new product launches and promotional activities in the institutional market.
Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by the management.
