Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales, preferably in Flour, Food Ingredients, FMCG, or Manufacturing Industries.
Proven experience in selling bulk products to manufacturing companies will be highly preferred.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP/CRM knowledge will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business development.

Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Sr. Executive (Corporate Sales)”.
The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for bulk flour and related products within the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new B2B customers, including biscuit, bakery, noodles, snacks, confectionery, dairy, beverage, and other food manufacturing companies.
Maintain strong business relationships with existing corporate customers to ensure sustainable sales growth.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand production requirements, forecast demand, and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and secure Purchase Orders (POs) in line with company policies.
Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time deliveries.
Monitor customer inventory levels and proactively plan sales to prevent stock shortages or supply disruptions.
Ensure timely collection of payments, monitor customer credit limits, and maintain targeted DSO.
Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt issue resolution.
Prepare sales forecasts, daily visit reports, weekly activity reports, and monthly business reviews.
Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, customer trends, and industry developments, and provide actionable insights to management.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, contracts, and business correspondence.
Identify opportunities to increase sales volume through new product introductions and strategic account development.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Corporate Sales or Management.
