• At least 1 year

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (Honors) / Master’s Degree in any discipline.

• Candidates from Marketing, Management, Business Studies, Fisheries, Zoology, Agriculture, and related backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

• B.Sc. (Honors) in Zoology

• B.Sc/M.Sc. in Fisheries

• Fisheries Diploma

• Diploma in Agriculture

• National University Graduates

• At least 1 year

• Age 23 to 33 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

• Experience in Aquaculture, Aqua Medicine, Feed, Agrovet, Pesticide, Poultry, or Livestock industries will be preferred.

• Practical experience in fisheries and poultry technical support will be considered an advantage.

• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Smart, presentable, and professional in behavior.

•  Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently in field operations.  

•  Strong leadership, execution, and problem-solving abilities.     

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.      

• Capable of managing dealers, distributors, and farmers effectively.     

• Experience in aqua product marketing will be considered an added advantage.    

• Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned territories.

Mandatory Requirement :  

• Motorcycle driving skill is mandatory.

• Candidates must be confident in riding a motorcycle for field visits.   

• Possession of a valid driving license will be considered an advantage.

We are looking for energetic, target-oriented, and technically sound professionals to strengthen our Sales & Technical Support Team.

Important Note:

As per company policy, employees are not assigned to work in their own home district.

Job Responsibilities :

1.  Provide technical support and advisory services to fish farmers regarding pond preparation, water quality management, fish health, disease diagnosis, prevention, and treatment.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and fish farmers.

3.  Visit existing dealers regularly and identify opportunities for new dealership development.

4.  Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through effective planning and execution.

5.  Collect market receivables and maintain healthy collection performance.

6. Organize farmers’ meetings, product demonstrations, seminars, and promotional campaigns.

7.  Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis and submit reports to management.

8.  Identify and expand potential markets within assigned territories.

9.  Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports through the company reporting system.

10.  Follow company policies, reporting procedures, and instructions from management.

11.  Perform any other sales and technical activities assigned by management.
