Experience:

• 1 to 2 years

• Diploma in fisheries or agriculture, Honors, or Masters in any discipline..

• Special preference will be given to candidates with B.Sc. (Honors) in Zoology, M.Sc. in Fisheries, or Diplomas from Fisheries/Agriculture Technical Institutions.

• 1 to 2 years

• Age 26 to 35 years
• Only Male

Experience Requirements :

• At least minimum 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Sales & Marketing within the Aquaculture, Agrovet or Pesticides industry.       

• Practical experience in providing technical support for poultry and fisheries is highly desirable

Additional Requirements  :  

• Age Limit: 26 to 35 years. 

• Gender: Only male candidates are eligible to apply.     

• Mandatory Requirement: Must possess a valid driving license and experience in motorcycle driving.   

• Professional Attributes: Should be smart, polite, self-motivated, creative in fieldwork, and possess an attractive personality.      

• Core Skills: Strong leadership qualities, execution skills, a proactive 'can-do' attitude, and the ability to work under target pressure.

• Relationship Management: Capability to efficiently manage relations with both dealers and farmers.   

• Compliance: Absolute adherence to office rules, corporate guidelines, and professional reporting systems.

• Candidates having previous exposure or experience in aqua products marketing are highly encouraged to apply.

• Provide technical support and professional advisory services to fish farm owners regarding pond management, fish health, disease prevention, and treatment protocols.

• Visit existing dealers regularly to maintain business relations and actively work on opening new dealerships.

  • Collect revenue from the market and efficiently control/manage market outstanding amounts.

  • Plan and execute strategic sales operations to achieve company-defined sales targets.

• Organize and conduct local farmers' meetings and interactive technical seminars to promote products.

• Explore and identify new market segments to expand the company's geographical footprint.

• Monitor daily sales activities, conduct frequent market surveys, and provide structural reports to the relevant management authority.

●        Weekly Holiday: Friday Off.

●        T/A (Travel Allowance): Depends on the designated working area.
