Job Context:
Europial BD Limited is a German-Bangladeshi joint venture food processing company producing pickles, sauces, and powder products for both export and local markets. We are looking for a proactive Marketing/Sales Executive to support market expansion and drive day-to-day sales activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote and sell products
Achieve assigned sales targets within designated territory
Identify new customers and business opportunities in the local market
Create and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) to promote products and brand
Run and monitor basic social media promotions/boosted posts within budget
Respond to customer queries and comments on social media/online pages
Coordinate with designers/photographers for product photos, videos, and promotional content
Track social media engagement, page growth, and online sales leads
Support offline marketing activities: promotional events, product launches, merchandising
Collect market feedback and competitor information (both retail and online)
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure timely order collection/delivery
Prepare daily/weekly sales, visit, and social media performance reports
Assist in maintaining stock and product display at retail points
