Experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, preferably in frozen food, food processing, cold storage, or manufacturing industries.

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of production machinery, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, and other mechanical equipment.

• Ensure the proper functioning of blast freezers, IQF systems, cold rooms, and other refrigeration-related mechanical equipment.

• Conduct regular inspections of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and associated refrigeration systems.

• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential mechanical faults before breakdown.

• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and coordinate timely corrective action.

• Ensure proper lubrication, alignment, and servicing of machinery.

• Support the maintenance of boilers, air compressors, water pumps, and other utility equipment, where applicable.

• Recommend equipment modifications and improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of HT/LT panels, transformers, generators, MCC panels, and electrical distribution systems.

• Ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems supporting production machinery, cold storage, blast freezers, IQF systems, and other factory equipment.

• Monitor electrical load, power consumption, voltage, and equipment performance.

• Troubleshoot electrical faults and coordinate timely corrective action.

• Ensure proper operation of emergency power systems, UPS, and generator facilities.
