Responsibilities & Context:

• Identify potential corporate clients, dealers & retailers by visiting govt./ semi/ non-govt. organization and other private organizations/individuals to maximize sales opportunities and expand market reach. 

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and driving performance in assigned territories.

• Ensure the coverage of all Fresh Ceramic products in each outlet under the assigned territory to increase customer access to our diverse product range.

• Assist in implementing any sales promotional plan for fresh ceramics to promote the brand as well as the product.

• Ensure timely payment collection from dealers and corporate clients to receive their ordered products on time.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery of products.

• Maintain good relationships with clients/customers by providing delighted customer service and ensuring that clients receive timely assistance and support.

• Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and strengthen the company’s market position.

• Monitor competitor’s activities by gathering current information on pricing, products, upcoming new products, etc.

• Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including sales growth, market share, and customer acquisition rates, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including target vs achievement reports, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
