Job Context:
Europial BD Limited is a German-Bangladeshi joint venture food processing company producing pickles, sauces, and powder products for mainly export, but also local markets. We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our marketing and sales functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategy for both export and domestic markets

• Conduct market research to identify new business and export opportunities

• Build brand positioning and oversee packaging/labeling in line with target market requirements (e.g., Halal, export compliance)

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly/yearly sales targets

• Develop and maintain distribution channels — retailers, wholesalers, distributors — for local market

• Manage B2B outreach, trade shows, and communication with international buyers for export

• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends

• Coordinate with production team to align supply with market demand

• Prepare sales/marketing reports, forecasts, and budgets for management

• Handle key client/buyer relationships and negotiations
