Additional Requirements:

Basic knowledge of poultry farming and livestock management
Understanding of poultry nutrition, vaccination, and disease prevention
Knowledge of biosecurity practices
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and reporting).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and analytical ability
Ability to work under pressure.Teamwork and coordination skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in the day-to-day management and supervision of poultry farm operations
Monitor flock health, feed consumption, water intake, growth rate, and mortality
Ensure proper implementation of farm biosecurity and hygiene protocols
Maintain optimum environmental conditions (temperature, ventilation, humidity, and lighting) inside poultry houses
Coordinate vaccination, medication, and disease prevention programs under veterinary supervision
Monitor feed inventory and ensure timely feed distribution
Maintain accurate farm records, including production, mortality, vaccination, medication, and farm expenses
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, animal welfare standards, and regulatory requirements
Report operational issues, disease outbreaks, or abnormalities to the Farm Manager immediately
Participate in farm audits, inspections, and continuous improvement programs
