• The applicants should have experience in Contract broiler farming

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies

• Age 26 to 38 years

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet the target·  

• Knowledge of market trends in the poultry industry is a plus.    

• Proficiency in MS Office.      

• Willingness to travel as required

Job Summary:

Nourish Poultry and Hatchery Ltd. is seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to join our Poultry Integration (SSPI) team. The role involves managing contract broiler farming operations, ensuring efficient supply chain coordination, and building sustainable relationships with farmers and buyers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and maintain strong relationships with broiler buyers and traders.

• Negotiate supply agreements, pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to meet sales targets.

• Prepare and present sales proposals including pricing, product quality, and logistics details.

• Explore new market segments and business opportunities for broiler sales expansion.

• Liaise with farmer clusters and field staff to ensure adequate supply capacity and readiness.

• Monitor product quality, traceability, and handling during collection and transportation.

• Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, and accounts) for smooth operations.

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, market insights, and competitor information.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, biosecurity, and customer satisfaction standards.
