Responsibilities & Context:

·         Oversee short-term construction, expansion, and installation projects across feed mill plants, warehouses, and industrial infrastructure.

·         Inspect heavy-duty civil foundations, substructures, and steel frameworks engineered for high-capacity silos and high-vibration machinery.

·         Direct the on-site installation of LV/MV electrical systems, distribution panels, cable management systems, and high-voltage power networks.

·         Supervise external contractors and subcontractors to ensure works align strictly with project timelines, engineering drawings, and specifications.

·         Conduct systematic quality inspections, audit electrical installations, track defects, and enforce prompt corrective rectifications.

·         Participate in the testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of installed electrical systems prior to final handover.

·         Implement preventive maintenance programs for existing plant infrastructure, including facility buildings, internal roads, loading bays, and drainage systems.

·         Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), manage cost estimations, and review contractor progress invoices for budget accuracy.

·         Produce daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, maintain site logbooks, and compile accurate as-built handover documentation.

·         Enforce occupational safety standards, perform risk assessments for high-voltage operations, and ensure strict safety protocol compliance on-site.
