Education: The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Agriculture/ Agronomy/ Soil Science/ Horticulture/ Crop Botany/ Agricultural Economics/ Agricultural Extension/ Entomology/ Plant Pathology/ Seed Technology or Environmental Science, with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or a Second Class/Division (or equivalent) in all academic examinations from any reputed university

• Strong knowledge of disease diagnosis and production planning is essential

• Must possess excellent communication skills

• Ability to multitask effectively and manage diverse responsibilities

• Proficiency in report writing, budgeting, work prioritization, and time management

• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging environments

• Oversee seed production operations across designated field locations

• Provide agronomic guidance to farmers and field staff

• Monitor quality assurance protocols for seed varieties

• Prepare regular reports and documentation on production outcomes

• Act as a mentor to identify the development area of the team; make succession plan through coaching, training, counseling and feedback

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

• Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
