• Master of Science (MSc) in Food Science & Technology

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Food (Packaged)

• Age At least 35 years
• Only Male

In-depth knowledge of frozen food processing techniques (IQF, blast freezing, ready-to-cook/ready-to-eat products).

Hands-on understanding of industrial refrigeration systems (Ammonia/Freon plants) and cold chain management.

Strong working knowledge of HACCP, ISO and food safety regulatory requirements.

Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and communication skills.

• Leading and managing Plant Production & Operations Management .

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with Cold Chain Integrity & Quality standards (HACCP & ISO and FDA guidelines).

• Optimizing production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Developing and implementing operational strategies and policies.

• Supply Chain, Logistics & Inventory Control

• Monitoring and managing key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure integrated operations.

• Mentoring and leading the operations team to achieve targets and objectives.

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.
