Northern Agro Services Limited (NASL) is expanding its regional agricultural field operations across Rangpur Division and is looking for motivated Diploma in Agriculture graduates to join our growing field team.
Selected candidates will be deployed across the districts of Dinajpur, Rangpur, Thakurgaon, Panchagarh, Kurigram, Lalmonirhat, and Nilphamari, based on organizational requirements.
Functional Assignment
This is a multi-functional field position. Candidates will be assessed based on their academic background, aptitude, communication skills, field capability, and performance. Each employee will be assigned a primary area of responsibility based on their strengths and organizational requirements. Employees will not be expected to perform all functions listed below.
Potential areas of assignment include:
Sales & Dealer Development: Visit distributors, dealers, retailers, and farmers; support product promotion, market development, sales activities, and customer relationships.
Agronomic Field Support: Assist farmers with basic crop and nutrient-related guidance, soil health awareness, field observations, and agricultural input recommendations under company guidelines.
R&D & Field Trials: Assist with field trial setup, crop observations, data collection, documentation, and evaluation of agricultural products under local field conditions.
Operations & Distribution: Support regional stock movement, logistics coordination, inventory records, delivery coordination, and field-level operational activities.
Regulatory & Documentation: Assist with field documentation, product-related records, regulatory activities, and coordination with relevant agricultural stakeholders.
Field Reporting: Maintain accurate records of field visits, farmer interactions, dealer activities, trials, observations, and other assigned activities.
The role will involve regular field travel and direct interaction with farmers, agricultural input dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in rural and semi-urban environments.
