Education:

Knowledge on Quotations collection from different dealer or suppliers, purchase different pesticide, or production related materials, Quality full product search and supply, check the block production related documents and sells production related old or damage materials will be given preference
Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses ability to work with people from different backgrounds
Must have skill of multitasking
Able to work under stress situation
Able to manage any unwanted situation
Responsibilities & Context:
To select feasible 3-4 hybrid rice seed production block per area according to approved budget with JSS and TA, Hybrid Rice
To ensure labor Supply according to block & chatal demand and ensure seed send to SPC for processing
To ensure timely supply of adequate amount / number of equipments and materials for production purpose e.g. Spray machine, barrier, generator, triple etc. and follow up proper use of those materials
To ensure quality inputs for the program justified minimum rate with quotation from different sellers
To take initiative selling different materials such as R line, old gunny bags etc to the buyer at maximum price with purchase committee
To justify distribution of different inputs to contract growers and signature to inputs distribution register and slip
To ensuring rent of 4 to 5 quality full Chatal (15000 sft/chatal) for respective area
To ensure land measurement according to plots lease / CG land
To purchase Rice seeds from the contract growers 12 % moisture level
To ensure inputs storage proper way after uses (wash, cleaning & drying) and update an input maintenance register. To report to Farm Manager/Sr. FM, Hybrid Rice every month
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
