চা বাগানের বিভিন্ন কাজ (চা গাছ উন্নয়ন, নিউ প্লানটেশন, পেস্ট কন্ট্রোল, শেড ট্রি রোপন, নার্সারী পর্যবেক্ষন, সার ব্যবস্থাপনা, আগাছা দমন, ইরিগেশন মনিটর, ডেইলি রিপোর্ট ইত্যাদি) তদারকি করার জন্য ফিল্ড সুপারভাইজার পদে নিয়োগ দেয়া হবে। সাইন্স ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড প্রার্থীগণ অগ্রাধিকার পাবে। বেতন, সুবিদাধী ও শর্তাবলী আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে।
