Job Description: Perform any, multiple, or all of the following:
- Support Official Android Application users regarding automated business submission
- Co-ordinate with Branch Secretary for smoothly policy submission
- Help identify Digital Support related issues for both Device and Application
- Maintain Digital Support registration forms and database with Head Office
- Life-Register check out & analysis.
- Any kind of problem solution with official Tab (Networking).
- Online policies check out.
- Giving advice about any problem with MOS business.
- Unlocking the account of the agent.
- If any agent lost their apps, then install it very carefully.
- Maintain good communication with all the agents about their business either good or bad.
