Experience:

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related discipline from a reputed university with no third division/class in any academic result.

• Professional certifications in Cards, Digital Payments, or Banking will be considered an added advantage.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Age At most 50 years

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of Banking experience preferably in Card Business with at least 2 years as Head of Card Business.

• Proven leadership experience in managing Card Business operations.

• Sound knowledge of card issuing, acquiring, payment systems, merchant acquiring, and digital banking products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Sound understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.

Age – Maximum 50 Years as of deadline of application date.

Employment Status:

• Permanent in the rank up to Executive Vice President

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Bank's overall Card Business strategy to achieve business growth and profitability.

• Lead the acquisition and portfolio management of Debit, Credit, and Prepaid Card products.

• Design innovative card products and promotional campaigns to enhance customer engagement.

• Manage relationships with payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, NPSB, etc.), vendors, and regulatory authorities.

• Monitor portfolio performance, transaction volumes, profitability, and risk indicators.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines and other regulatory requirements.

• Lead digital payment initiatives and strengthen card usage through strategic partnerships.

• Supervise and mentor the Card Business team to achieve business objectives.
