• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a UGC-recognized public, private, or national university with no third division/class or CGPA below 2.50 at any stage of education.

• Candidates with a background in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines will be given preference. .

• Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Banking, Card Sales, Financial Services, FMCG, Insurance, Telecommunication, or other direct sales roles will be given preference. Experience in Credit Card Sales will be considered an added advantage.

• Maximum 32 years of age as on the date of application. Age may be relaxed for experienced candidate who are in active service in any organization.

• Required Competencies

• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

• Sales-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused with the ability to work independently under pressure.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to travel extensively for business development.

A leading and progressive commercial bank in Bangladesh is inviting applications from energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven individuals for the position of Assistant Relationship Officer in its Card Division. The selected candidates will be responsible for driving the Bank's card business by promoting Credit Cards and other card products, acquiring new customers, achieving assigned sales targets, and delivering superior customer service while ensuring compliance with the Bank's policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Credit Cards and other card products through direct sales, referrals, corporate partnerships, and other approved acquisition channels.

• Identify new business opportunities, acquire customers, and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Conduct customer visits, sales campaigns, roadshows, and promotional activities to generate quality leads.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.

• Explain card features, benefits, fees, and terms while ensuring compliance with the Bank's policies, KYC/AML, and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of card applications and supporting documents.

• Follow up on applications through approval, card issuance, and activation, while providing prompt customer support.

• Prepare and submit required sales, pipeline, and MIS reports to the Management.

• Represent the Bank professionally, uphold its brand image, and perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
