Multidrive Services Limited is inviting applications for the position of Business Support Officer (6 months Contractual). We are looking for motivated and result-oriented individuals to drive business growth, expand POS and Bangla QR networks, and provide operational support for POS and Bangla QR.

Key Responsibilities

· Acquire new merchants for POS and Bangla QR deployment.

· Achieve assigned monthly business generation and growth targets for POS and Bangla QR.

·Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant clients, addressing their operational queries promptly.

·Present and demonstrate POS and Bangla QR features and payment options to prospective merchants.

·Negotiate merchant commission rates and execute agreements in accordance with the Bank’s guidelines and policies.

·Coordinate with team leaders to ensure timely and seamless terminal installation and support.

·Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the operations team.

Salary: BDT 15,000 per month.

Incentives: Performance-based incentives (minimum 100 points for BSO per roundup).
