• Must have good expertise on Microsoft Officer as well as experience of handling core banking system and related business intelligence.

• Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.

• Must have customer focused attitude

• To manage a sub branch which involves growing business in terms of the loan, liabilities, customer base and revenue.

• Ensure sub branch profitability i.e. accountable for achieving set targets of assigned team in terms of assets and liabilities.

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager and sales teams to achieve branch targets.

• Promote bank products and services, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and contributing to revenue generation.

• Develop and Maintain strong relationships with existing & potential clients to promote financial literacy.

• Ensure cost optimization for the sub branch.

• Ensure all business transaction are in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Ensure Proper documentation to mitigate risks.

• Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank
