• Post Graduation degree from any reputed University, Higher degree in Economics/ Finance/Accounting/Banking will be considered as additional qualification.

• Must be Qualified Chartered Accountant

Minimum 20 years' experience in Bank or Financial Institution. Out of which minimum 3-5 years' experience is required in managing tax and preparation of financial statements.

• Ensure financial strategy & leadership

• Ensure Financial Reporting and Control

• Ensure Treasury & Liquidity Management

• Manage Regulatory & Tax Compliance

• Manager Risk & Financial Governance

• Capital & Balance Sheet Management

• Ensure Board-level financial advisory

• Strong understanding of all relevant regulatory policy, directives, circulars and regulations etc.
