  • Age At least 35 years
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in debt capital market.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. However, if bachelor is not in those fields, a master’s degree in those fields will also be considered.

  • A Master’s degree or professional certification (such as CFA) will be considered an advantage.

  • Sound understanding of securities laws, regulatory frameworks, accounting standards, and local capital market practices.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong interpersonal capacity, team-building and negotiation skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with drive and ambition, ability to deliver results with thorough documentation on multiple projects simultaneously



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Execute Debt Capital Market transactions, including bonds, preference shares, and corporate advisory mandates

  • Structure and arrange fixed-income instruments tailored to banks and corporate clients

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, industry research, and due diligence, and support preparation of transaction documentation

  • Develop Information Memorandums (IMs), investor presentations, financial models, and analytical reports

  • Monitor industry developments, regulatory updates, and market trends; generate actionable insights; and drive business development through client origination and relationship management

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities to ensure timely, accurate, and seamless transaction execution

  • Undertake additional Investment Banking assignments (e.g., IPOs, M&A) as directed by senior management
