Responsibilities & Context:
Execute Initial Public Offers (IPO), Bonds and Preference Shares, Corporate Advisory, etc., successfully
Conduct due diligence on existing and potential clients, including market research, industry analysis, and financial analysis
Develop financial models, valuation analysis, and presentations for clients and internal use
Maintain liaison with different stakeholders and Regulatory Bodies, especially with the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission and the Bangladesh Bank, for smooth execution of transactions
Contribute to the development and enhancement of the firm's investment banking capabilities and pitch deals to different levels of investors for successful completion
Support the origination of new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and preparing proposals
