Experience:
Minimum Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics.
Minimum 5 to 8 years' experience in Credit Risk Management (CRM) Department in NBFI/Bank.
Preferable professional degree include CFA, FRM or equivalent.
Strong understanding of Credit Analysis and Policies
Good Understanding of Risk Management Principles
Mandatory Requirement: Restrict the experience 5 to 8 years in Bank & NBFI and categorize the job ad to Banks and Non-Banking Financial Institutes (NBFI)
Planning, designing, implementing & managing the overall risk management process for the financial institution by developing the risk management framework, policies, processes, procedures and reporting standards that define the financial institution's risk strategy and appetite in line with its overall business objectives.
Monitor the business development for emerging risks and recommend policies and procedures to improve the risk management process.
Drive the continuous improvement of internal credit guidelines and policies in response to changing markets or industry outlook.
Conduct periodic stress tests and scenario analysis, assessing the impact to the financial institution's credit portfolio and make appropriate recommendations to senior management for appropriate action.
Review and analyze the delinquent portfolio to identify key causal factors, make recommendations and track them to ensure adequate and timely closure.
Contribute strategic decision to the management level committees that may be formed from time to time and that have relevance from the perspective of risk management.
Contribute to system implementation projects in the credit risk space by providing requirements and design inputs, particularly with regard to credit risk recognition and measurement.
Lead enhancements to the Credit Measurement Framework.
Provide support, education and training to staff in order to create risk awareness. Manage the professional and career development of staff. Evaluating staff performance.
Monitor the integrity of risk measurement techniques and MIS that are used to monitor the financial institution's risk profile relative to its risk appetite.
