Masters/Diploma in Actuarial Science.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 32 years
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Proficiency with actuarial software and tools is preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an actuarial role within the life insurance sector.

  • Strong skills in statistical and financial modeling.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct actuarial valuations, risk assessments, and financial forecasting to ensure solvency and regulatory compliance.

  • Develop, price, and refine life insurance products, including premium structures, actuarial models, and product design based on market research and business requirements.

  • Analyze statistical, financial, mortality, morbidity, expense, and investment data to support valuations, forecasting, and actuarial assumptions.

  • Prepare and validate data for actuarial valuations, analysis, and reporting.

  • Prepare reports for management, regulators, and other internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide actuarial support and assistance in underwriting, claims, and other related activities.

  • Monitor financial performance, market trends, and emerging risks to support long-term business sustainability.

  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, data analytics, and senior management to align actuarial strategies with business objectives.

  • Provide recommendations on risk management, product design, premium structures, and investment strategies.

  • Prepare on-demand reports, analysis, and other actuarial information as required.

  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
