Responsibilities & Context:
Perform regular maintenance of all electrical systems in the office building.
Diagnose and repair problems in lights, fans, switches, sockets, circuit breakers, and DB boards.
Quickly resolve electrical faults, short circuits, load issues, and power breakdowns.
Monitor and maintain generators, UPS systems, sub-panels, distribution boards, and related equipment.
Assist with AC servicing, cleaning, basic troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
Provide electrical support and maintenance services across all floors of the 16-storey building.
Respond quickly during emergency breakdown situations.
Coordinate with the office administration to complete maintenance work smoothly.
Keep proper records in the maintenance logbook.
Perform other related maintenance duties as assigned.
