• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized and reputed university

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, digital marketing, or a related field.

• Strong hands-on experience in AI-based video creation tools.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing software.

• Practical experience in developing digital content, including social media creatives, promotional materials, and campaign visuals.

• Develop creative content for social media, website, promotional campaigns, and internal communication

• Create AI-generated videos using modern AI tools and platforms

• Write scripts, captions, and marketing copy for digital campaigns

• Design visual storytelling content aligned with company branding

• Collaborate with marketing and HR teams for campaign development

• Stay updated with content trends, AI tools, and digital marketing strategies

• Edit and optimize videos for different platforms including Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn

• Good understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.

• Design social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, and other promotional materials.
