Enterprise Network Architecture: Extensive expertise in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and data center networks, with advanced knowledge of routing and switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, VTP, HSRP, VRRP, EtherChannel, and vPC.
Network Infrastructure & Security: Proven experience configuring, administering, and optimizing enterprise-grade routers, switches, firewalls, wireless LAN controllers (WLC), access points (AP), web application firewalls (WAF), load balancers, and unified communications platforms using technologies from Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, and other leading vendors.
Cybersecurity & Secure Connectivity: Strong expertise in implementing enterprise security controls, including Access Control Lists (ACLs), NAT, IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, GRE tunnels, Zero Trust architecture, network segmentation, and security best practices aligned with industry standards.
Cloud & Hybrid Networking: In-depth knowledge of cloud networking architectures across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs), hybrid connectivity, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, Cloud VPN, load balancing, and secure multi-cloud integration.
Network Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience leveraging Python, Bash, YAML, Ansible, REST APIs, and infrastructure automation frameworks to streamline network provisioning, configuration management, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Network Monitoring & Performance Management: Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring and analytics platforms such as FortiAnalyzer, PRTG, Cacti, SolarWinds, or equivalent tools for proactive performance monitoring, capacity planning, fault management, and incident response.
Advanced Troubleshooting & Incident Management: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead complex incident resolution, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure rapid restoration of critical network services.
Leadership & Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing technical teams, define network strategy and governance, manage infrastructure modernization initiatives, oversee vendor relationships, and align technology investments with business objectives.
Project & Stakeholder Management: Experience managing enterprise infrastructure projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating technical concepts effectively to senior management, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Industry Certifications (Preferred): CCNP Enterprise, CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, PCNSE, NSE 4/5/7 (or Fortinet Certified Professional/Expert), F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator, AWS Advanced Networking – Specialty, Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate, or equivalent enterprise networking certifications.

Lead the strategy, design, implementation, and operational management of enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and hybrid cloud environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Oversee the administration and lifecycle management of critical network technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless LAN controllers (WLC), access points (AP), web application firewalls (WAF), load balancers, and unified communications (UCM) platforms.
Drive the architecture, deployment, and optimization of enterprise routing and switching technologies, including OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP, VTP, EtherChannel, HSRP, VRRP, and vPC, while ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
Provide technical leadership for secure connectivity solutions, including IPSec, SSL, and GRE VPNs, remote access services, and Zero Trust network security initiatives.
Establish proactive network monitoring, performance management, and capacity planning using platforms such as FortiAnalyzer, ManageEngine, Cacti, and PRTG to maximize service availability and operational efficiency.
Lead Level 2/Level 3 technical support operations, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver resilient, secure, and business-aligned network solutions.
Govern network maintenance activities, including firmware upgrades, operating system updates, security patching, configuration management, and disaster recovery planning to ensure operational continuity and compliance.
Develop and enforce enterprise network standards, policies, and governance frameworks while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory security requirements.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging technologies, including SD-WAN, cloud networking, · network automation, Software-Defined Networking (SDN), and Zero Trust Architecture, to enhance digital transformation initiatives.
Manage infrastructure projects from planning through execution, coordinating with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and operational excellence.
Support business continuity and incident response by leading root cause analysis, implementing preventive measures, and driving continuous service improvement initiatives.
Mentor and develop network engineering teams, fostering technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and a culture of continuous improvement.
