Passionate and energetic individuals having a graduation with business background.
Previous experience (6+ months) in a similar role will get preference, however fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Excellent in communication skills. Fluency in English is much expected.
Good in interpersonal skills, having the ability to establish rapport and negotiate issues.
Applicants must be highly motivated and goal oriented with the ability to work both independently and as a team player.
Conversant with computer literacy - ability to navigate online platforms and work with Microsoft Office Applications.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prime Responsibilities
Identify potential credit card customers and can contribute positively to the expansion of card customer base.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the Management.
Ensure card activation and card utilization.
Motivate customers to take supplementary cards.
Query meet up and convince card analyst to release or approve card files.
Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive company image, ensure zero fraud issue.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and obtain feedback.
Remain up to date with product knowledge, market trends, competitors offers and activities.
Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and customer visit or interactions, submit related report to line manager and department head weekly or monthly.
Job Other Benifits:
Monthly gross salary of BDT. 31,000.
