Responsibilities & Context:

• Translate approved organizational priorities into a structured process transformation portfolio, implementation roadmaps and measurable outcomes in alignment with business, customer, risk and regulatory requirements.

• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from opportunity assessment and business case development through design, implementation, stabilization and post-implementation review.

• Assess end-to-end processes, customer journeys, operating models and business capabilities to identify performance gaps, growth enablers and opportunities for simplification, scalability and service excellence.

• Establish transformation charters, baselines, milestones, governance, dependencies and performance measures; monitor delivery progress, escalate barriers and ensure timely corrective actions.

• Drive process innovation by evaluating, piloting and scaling solutions using workflow automation, RPA, analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), APIs and other emerging technologies in collaboration with relevant teams.

• Measure transformation impact through productivity, quality, risk, customer experience and revenue-related indicators.

• Build transformation capability and adoption by facilitating workshops, coaching process owners and champions, communicating change and capturing lessons learned.
