1. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's Group Life and Group Health Insurance business.

2. Lead the Group Insurance Department to achieve annual business and revenue targets.

3. Identify and develop new corporate clients, financial institutions, educational institutions, NGOs, and government organizations.

4. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure business retention and renewal.

5. Design competitive group insurance products in collaboration with the Actuarial, Underwriting, and Product Development teams.

6. Supervise underwriting, policy administration, customer service, and claims management for group insurance portfolios.

7. Ensure timely preparation and submission of quotations, proposals, agreements, and renewal documents.

8. Monitor portfolio performance, claims experience, profitability, and operational efficiency.

9. Coordinate with Finance, Compliance, Risk Management, and Internal Audit to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

10. Prepare periodic business reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management and the Board.

11. Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate team members to build a high-performing sales and service team.

12. Explore new market opportunities and develop innovative distribution channels for group insurance products.
