Experience:

• Age 34–38 years.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Call Center/Contact Center or Customer Service Operations.

• At least 2 years in a supervisory/team leadership role.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university (Business graduates preferred).

• Educational requirements may be relaxed for experienced candidates.

• Banking or financial institution experience will be given preference.

• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sound knowledge of banking products and customer service operations.

• Knowledge of Bangladesh Bank regulations and compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet service targets.

• Candidates with third division/class are discouraged to apply.

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new corporate clients for Payroll Banking services to achieve assigned business targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers and key decision-makers.

• Promote Payroll Banking products, salary accounts, debit cards, digital banking, and other retail, SME & corporate banking solutions regarding Cash Management.

• Manage the end-to-end payroll onboarding process, ensuring timely account opening and documentation.

• Coordinate with Branches, Operations, IT, and relevant departments for smooth payroll implementation.

• Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and complaints.

• Cross-selling of banking products.

• Monitor portfolio performance and identify business growth opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, AML/CFT guidelines, KYC requirements, and internal policies.

• Prepare periodic MIS reports on payroll acquisition and portfolio performance.

• Conduct regular corporate visits to strengthen client relationships.

• Participate in marketing campaigns and corporate events to expand payroll business.
