Experience:
Post Graduation/Graduation from a UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record.
Fire Safety Manager Course (6 months) from Fire Service will be an added advantage.
2-3 years of work experience in a relevant field preferably at group of companies/ MNCs/ Banks.
Practical knowledge and experience of fire safety systems and equipment is preferred.
Good interpersonal communication and typing skills both in English and Bangla.
Customer-centric, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.

The bank is seeking a qualified and purpose-driven professional for the following position within its General Services Division in the following position:Officer, Safety & Security
Grade: OG-I
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and monitor CIT movements to ensure secure cash transportation.
Supervise and ensure effective deployment and monitoring of security guards.
Retrieve and analyze CCTV footage for investigations and incidents verification.
Ensure uptime and functionality of CCTV systems and report faults for quick resolution.
Ensure operational readiness of fire detection and firefighting systems across premises.
Plan and conduct routine checks of fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, and emergency exits.
Conduct fire safety risk assessments, fire surveys, investigations and verify fire evacuation plans.
Manage vendors responsible for the maintenance and supply of fire safety equipment and consumables.
Coordinate fire safety regulatory compliance with the Fire Service and other relevant government authorities.
Monitor workplace health and safety practices and support the implementation of health and safety standards.
Maintain liaison with law enforcement agencies and coordinate responses to security incidents, investigations, and emergencies.
