Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA/Master's in Finance or Accounting preferred.
Academic Record: GPA 4.00 in both SSC & HSC (out of 5.00); minimum CGPA 3.00 in Bachelor's (4.00 scale).
Professional Qualification: CA (CC) or part-qualified/ACCA/CFA Level 2 completed - mandatory.
Experience: At least six (6) years of relevant professional experience in capital markets, securities regulation, listing affairs, merchant banking, investment banking, corporate finance, audit, or financial advisory.
Age Limit: Maximum age of 35 years as of July 2026.

The successful candidates will play a key role in DSE's regulatory oversight by reviewing public issue and listing applications, assessing financial and regulatory disclosures, monitoring issuer compliance, and supporting policy development. The position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to investor protection, market integrity, and the continued development of Bangladesh's capital market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Regulatory Review and Market Oversight
Review draft prospectuses, IPO applications, listing applications, financial statements, and other regulatory submissions to ensure compliance with applicable securities laws, Listing Regulations, IFRS, IAS, and disclosure requirements.
Analyze financial information and identify accounting, governance, regulatory, and disclosure risks, and prepare technical review reports with recommendations for senior management and the relevant review committees.
Evaluate issuer eligibility and compliance with listing requirements throughout the listing and post-listing process.
Compliance and Stakeholder Engagement
Coordinate with issuers, issue managers, auditors, merchant bankers, the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), Central Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL), and other market participants on regulatory and compliance matters.
Monitor listed companies' compliance with the Listing Regulations, corporate governance requirements, and continuous disclosure obligations.
Participate in inspections, investigations, surveillance support activities, and other regulatory initiatives as assigned.
Policy Development and Process Improvement
Support the review and enhancement of listing regulations, compliance frameworks, operating procedures, and regulatory policies.
Contribute to automation, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing regulatory efficiency and service quality.
Prepare analytical reports, regulatory opinions, and briefing materials for senior management and relevant committees.
