  • Age At least 40 years
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in organizational development, HR strategy, or talent management;

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in at least four of the following: OD diagnostics, competency frameworks, succession planning, HiPo programmes, change management, or culture transformation;

  • Strong understanding of organizational behavior, job design principles, and human capital strategy;

  • Proven ability to design and facilitate workshops, focus groups, and organizational interventions;

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS platforms is an advantage;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bengali;

  • Strong analytical and diagnostic thinking with the ability to translate data into organizational insights;

  • High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.

  • Additional Qualification:

  • Professional certification in OD, HR, or change is strongly preferred;

  • Experience in designing or implementing employer branding strategies is an added advantage;

  • Knowledge of psychometric assessment tools and organizational survey methodologies is desirable.

Responsibilities & Context:

Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE), is seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team in a dual-capacity role as Brand & Strategy Manager. This position is designed for an individual who can bridge strategic business thinking with creative brand development. The incumbent will be responsible for shaping DSE's corporate strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and simultaneously strengthening the organization's brand positioning and institutional visibility.

Major Roles/Responsibilities:

Assignment 1 Business Strategy & Corporate Planning:

  • Support the development and execution of DSE's corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with its institutional mandate, regulatory obligations, and long-term growth objectives;

  • Conduct strategic research and analysis on capital market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments to inform senior management decision-making;

  • Assist in formulating, monitoring, and reviewing DSE's strategic plans, annual operating plans, and key strategic initiatives;

  • Prepare high-quality strategy documents, executive briefings, board presentations, and strategic proposals for the Managing Director's Office;

  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue diversification avenues relevant to DSE's mandate and market position;

  • Track and evaluate the implementation of strategic initiatives across departments, flagging risks, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership;

  • Benchmark DSE's performance and strategic positioning against regional and international stock exchanges to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Assignment 2-Branding, Communications & Institutional Presence:

  • Develop, implement, and safeguard DSE's brand identity, visual guidelines, and communication standards across all platforms and touchpoints;

  • Plan and execute DSE's internal and external communication strategies, including press releases, newsletters, annual reports, and corporate publications;

  • Develop compelling content for digital and print media including DSE's website, social media channels, and investor-facing materials;

  • Manage and grow DSE's digital presence across social media platforms with timely, audience-appropriate content;

  • Plan and manage institutional events, press conferences, investor awareness programmes, and public outreach campaigns;

  • Prepare speeches, talking points, presentations, and briefing notes for the Managing Director and senior leadership;

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including regulators, listed companies, investors, and media organizations.

Department: Managing Director's Office

Reporting : Reports directly to the Managing Director of DSE.

Restriction : During the period of employment, the incumbent or their dependents shall not engage in the investment or trading of securities listed or to be listed on DSE.
