Responsibilities & Context:
Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) is seeking experienced professionals for the position of SME Credit Analyst (Junior Officer-Senior Officer) under Credit Risk Management. The role focuses on credit assessment, financial analysis, portfolio monitoring, and supporting business units in SME financing decisions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessment of credit proposals.
Perform client visits for business and financial verification.
Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
Provide recommendations for sanction approval.
Conduct portfolio review and monitoring.
Support people development and provide training to Branch Relationship Managers (RMs).
