Responsible to sell Retail Banking products, mainly Retail Asset products & achieve monthly target provided by the management.

We are looking for Trainee Direct Sales Officer to SSO/TL for deploying at Bengal Commercial Bank PLC.
Direct Selling & marketing products through at Customer Points. Preferable for All Banking Products, as Retail, Liability, Credit Cards, Islamic Banking and SME products.

Job Responsibilities :
Ability / willingness to Direct Sales Banking Products (All Sorts of Banking Products for Direct Sales).
Ability to sell Retail, Liability (Opening different types of CASA Deposit Accounts, Scheme Deposits and booking Term Deposits etc.), Credit Cards, Islamic Banking and SME products.
To achieve individual monthly sales target set by the management.
Ensuring client calls, keeping visit details and collecting required
information and documents from prospective customers.
Creating, building and maintaining sustainable relationship
with new clients by offering proper products and services.
Ensuring KYC and genuineness of all documents collected from the clients.
Preparing call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
Ensuring strict compliance of BGCB's rules, regulations and HR
policies.
Ensuring service excellence to the clients while providing
services.
