• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Marketing

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Age At most 35 years

Experience Requirements:

• The applicant should have 2 years’ experience for Executive & 5 years’ experience for Sr. Executive in Sales, Marketing, Promotion & Business development from any reputed Real Estate Company.

Job Requirements:

• Be challenging to excel the Target.

• Achieve sales target through Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Database Marketing and Tele Marketing.

• Should have sound computer proficiency specially MS Office Package

• Self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.

• Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the features of the project

• Positive mindset, salesmanship attitude and good team player.

• Prepare daily work report as well as work closing report at the weekend and provide time to time report to the supervisor.

• Respond to the client`s query at the office and over telephone & mobile. Arrange project visits as per clients` requirements. Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/clients along with new sales opportunities.

• Prepare clients’ payment schedule as per management instruction and collect booking money, down payment and installments.

• Create sales by visiting clients and corporate offices to deliver service information and create a positive image of the Products.

• Extensive visit to prospective clients and organizations conveying products, services and promotional offers
