Role Context

The Frontend Developer will be responsible for building, improving, and maintaining the user-facing side of the platform. The role involves working closely with backend developers, product/design, and AI-assisted development workflows to turn product requirements into clean, responsive, production-ready interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive web interfaces across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

• Develop new frontend features based on product requirements and design specifications.

• Improve existing pages for usability, performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.

• Ensure the entire application provides a consistent experience across different screen sizes and browsers.

• Integrate frontend interfaces with backend APIs and third-party services.

• Handle frontend state, forms, validation, loading states, errors, and user interactions properly.

• Debug and resolve UI, functional, and cross-browser issues.

• Work with backend developers to ensure smooth API integration and reliable data handling.

• Translate Figma/design concepts into accurate, reusable frontend components.

• Build reusable components and maintain a clean, scalable frontend architecture.

• Optimize page performance, including loading speed, rendering, and asset usage.

• Implement authentication, dashboards, profiles, forms, search, filters, notifications, and other application interfaces as required.

• Review existing frontend code and refactor areas that are difficult to maintain or unnecessarily complex.

• Test features before release and ensure fixes do not introduce regressions.

• Use AI development tools effectively to speed up implementation while maintaining code quality and understanding the generated code.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend architecture and technical decisions.

• Work closely with the product team to identify UI/UX issues and suggest practical improvements.

Expected Skills

• Strong experience with modern frontend development.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React.

• Experience working with APIs and backend systems.

• Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.

• Experience with component-based architecture and reusable UI systems.

• Good understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Ability to debug problems independently and work through unfamiliar codebases.

• Strong attention to detail when implementing interfaces.

• Comfortable using AI coding tools as part of a professional development workflow.

Success in the Role

The main goal is simple: the frontend should feel fast, polished, reliable, and work properly on every device. The developer should be able to take a requirement, understand the existing system, implement it cleanly, test it thoroughly, and ship production-ready work with minimal supervision.
