Experience:
Responsibilities:
1. Install, configure, test, maintain, and provide after-sales support for CCTV surveillance, access control, alarm, video intercom, parking management, and other ELV systems.
2. Independently conduct site surveys and determine equipment locations, installation methods, cable routes, control room layouts, and equipment mounting positions.
3. Independently prepare layout plans, system diagrams, cable routing drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
4. Prepare installation plans and calculate the required quantities of equipment and construction materials based on project drawings.
5. Independently lead the installation team and assign daily tasks to technicians and workers.
6. Manage site progress, installation quality, team coordination, and workplace safety.
7. Install, terminate, test, label, and organize network cables, fibre-optic cables, power cables, and control cables.
8. Install and configure cameras, NVRs/DVRs, access control panels, alarm devices, network switches, equipment racks, UPS systems, and related equipment.
9. Independently troubleshoot video loss, offline devices, video lag, night-vision issues, recording and storage failures, network faults, power faults, and cabling problems.
10. Communicate and coordinate with clients, project managers, contractors, and other relevant parties at project sites.
11. Conduct system testing, client training, project rectification, documentation, and final project handover.
12. Handle customer service requests and urgent technical issues after project completion.
13. Prepare maintenance records, equipment lists, site photographs, test reports, and after-sales service reports.
Salary and Benefits:
1. Monthly salary: BDT 30,000–40,000, depending on the candidate’s experience, technical skills, and ability to manage projects independently.
2. The probation period is three months.
3. The employee will be eligible for project-based commission after successfully completing the probation period and receiving confirmation of employment.
4. Project commission will be calculated based on the project value, profitability, individual responsibilities, completion quality, and client payment status.
5. The company will provide installation tools, testing equipment, and necessary personal protective equipment.
6. The company will provide mobile phone, transportation, overtime, and site-work allowances.
7. One day off per week.
Conditions for Project Commission:
1. The employee must successfully complete the three-month probation period and receive confirmation of employment.
2. The project must be completed within the agreed schedule.
3. Installation quality must meet company standards and client acceptance requirements.
4. All drawings, equipment lists, site photographs, test reports, and as-built documentation must be complete.
5. There must be no serious rework, unnecessary material waste, or safety incidents caused by negligence.
6. Project commission will be paid after project acceptance and receipt of the agreed payment from the client.
