Job Context

We are looking for a creative and responsible Social Media Executive who can manage our social media platforms, create engaging designs, edit videos, and publish content according to a daily schedule.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and CapCut. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

• Prepare weekly and monthly content calendars.

• Design creative social media posts, banners, carousels, stories, advertisements, and YouTube thumbnails.

• Edit promotional videos, Reels, Shorts, product videos, and other digital content.

• Schedule and publish content daily across all platforms.

• Write clear and engaging captions in Bangla and English.

• Maintain consistent brand colours, styles, and visual quality.

• Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience feedback.

• Research current trends, competitors, hashtags, and content ideas.

• Track page performance and prepare weekly or monthly reports.

• Coordinate with the marketing and management teams.

• Support digital campaigns and promotional activities when required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of social media management and content creation.

• Good command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Practical video-editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva.

• Strong knowledge of CapCut.

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects will be an added advantage.

• Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube content formats.

• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio.

• Basic knowledge of social media boosting and paid advertising is preferable.

• Good sense of design, colour, typography, composition, and storytelling.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Basic photography and videography skills will be an advantage.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Media Studies, or a related field.

• Educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidates with strong skills and an excellent portfolio.

Experience Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Skilled fresh candidates with a strong portfolio may also apply.

Additional Requirements

• Creative, proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.

• Good communication skills in Bangla and English.

• Must stay updated with current social media and video trends.

• Candidates must provide a portfolio or links to previous design and video work.
