• Must be able to work independently.

• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills to engage and motivate learners.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

• Deliver training sessions on Insurance products and brand values to new joiners, and provide ongoing product training for existing team members.

• Create comprehensive training resources, including slides, videos, and product explanation sheets.

• Continuously update training materials to include the latest product features, benefits, and unique selling points.

• Outline training methodology and produce standard training materials for producers and Staffs to support reduction of producers drop out.

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver effective training programs and workshops.

• Maintain training database and prepare different training reports.

• Organize and facilitate both in-house and external training sessions to ensure skill enhancement.

• Track and measure training effectiveness through feedback, surveys, and performance improvements.

• Monitor training programs to enhance effectiveness and learning outcomes.

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
