Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
• Master of Science (MSc) in Information Technology

• Age At least 32 years

• At least 6 years’ experience.

• Work experience in the insurance sector is desirable.

• Should have an experience on ASP.NET, C#, Web From, Flutter, Web Services, RDBMS, MVC, front-end technology in HTML5, JavaScript, J Query, Web APIs.

• Good understanding of relational databases (like MSSQL). Familiarity with writing SQL queries.

• Server administration (Windows/Linux) and cybersecurity.

• Understanding of software development life cycle, debugging processes, and code optimization techniques.

• Clear understanding of OOP & design patterns.

• Clear understanding of networking (Cisco/ Mikro Tik), firewall, VPN, cloud infrastructure.

• Ability to perform under pressure.

• Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business goals.

• Lead digital transformation initiatives and technology roadmap.

• Develop and Maintain In-house develop ERP software.

• Manage IT budget, resources, and vendor relationships.

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement align with latest technology.
