Experience

• Officer Position: 1 - 2 years’ experience in Programming & Software development.

• Executive Officer Position: 3 - 4 years’ experience in Programming & Software development.

• Experience in Mobile App development is Plus.

• Work experience in the insurance sector is desirable.

Additional Requirements

• Age 24 to 30 years

• Should have an experience on ASP.NET & .NET Core, Web From, MVC, Flutter, Web Services, front-end technology- React or Angular, J Query, Web APIs.

• Good understanding of databases (like MSSQL). Familiarity with writing SQL queries, Stored Procedure and Views.

• Experience on Reporting tools like, Crystal Report, RDLC

• Clear understanding of OOP & design patterns.

• Must have good knowledge on software development life cycle.

• Understanding of testing methods, debugging processes, and code optimization techniques.

• Design and develop Insurance Management System (IMS) and provide technical support.

• Requirement collection from the Users.

• Convert software specification requirements into appropriate programming languages.

• Guide and verify the technical work of the Programmers to ensure that it meets the stated requirements and procedures put in place.

• Work with databases like SQL Server to design and optimize data models and complex queries.

• Collaborate with team members to integrate front-end and back-end components.

• Find and debug software error; perform unit testing.

• Provide Maintenance Support for existing software to ensure smooth operation.
