Responsibilities & Context:

• Execute microinsurance business development strategy, including planning and implementing sales growth initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities through campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, promotions, and direct client engagement.

• Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, including lead generation, client communication, relationship building, follow-ups, and conversion of prospects into business.

• Prepare financial offers, business proposals, presentations, and related documentation, and conduct client meetings, negotiations, and management discussions.

• Prepare and manage contracts and agreements, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and control over insurance issuance processes.

• Analyze customer and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve business performance and growth.

• Monitor and report business performance, including monthly management reports, offer tracking, and achievement status of new and existing business.

• Develop, manage, and optimize the microinsurance portal to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular engagement and customer relationship activities.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
